Terms of service

1. The agreement
These terms are an agreement between you and virtual24. They apply to this website and, once your access request is accepted and your first invoice is settled, to the virtual24 service. If you use the service, you accept them.
The service is offered to businesses and professionals for business use. By requesting access or using the service, you confirm that you are acting in the course of a business, trade or profession, not as a consumer.
In plain words: this is the deal. It is short because the product is simple.
2. What the service is
virtual24 provides "satellites": dedicated servers, one per customer, each running a team of AI agents you direct through a web cockpit, reachable at your own subdomain. You can run the included agents, and you can build your own: describe a role, set its instructions, choose its tools. Access is opened deliberately; we review every request rather than self-serving accounts.
3. Your account
Keep your sign-in credentials confidential; activity under your account is your responsibility. Tell us promptly at support@virtual24.ai if you believe your account has been compromised.
4. Pricing and payment
A satellite costs $249 per month (Standard) or $399 per month (Performance). All prices are in US dollars. You may run up to five satellites on one account. Both tiers include everything: the dedicated server, the full agent team, the cockpit, the encrypted vault, the connectors, and workspaces for every client.
Billing is by direct invoice. We invoice you after your access request is accepted, and payment is due according to the terms stated on the invoice; this website and the service never collect or store card details. You are responsible for any applicable sales taxes, VAT or GST unless the invoice states otherwise. If an invoice goes unpaid past its terms, we may suspend the satellite after notice, and terminate the account if it remains unpaid. Price changes never apply mid-cycle and come with at least 30 days' notice.
One-time fees, such as the Launch setup fee and custom agent or workflow project fees, are invoiced separately and are non-refundable once the work has been delivered. For the cancellation and refund clauses restated on one page, see the refund policy.
5. Your AI subscriptions
You bring your own AI subscription or API key (for example Claude, OpenAI, Google or Cursor). Those accounts are yours: their cost, their limits and their use are governed by those providers' own terms, and you are responsible for complying with them. We add no markup and sit in no position between you and your provider.
In plain words: your model account stays your model account. We charge for the server and the team, not the intelligence.
6. Your data
Everything you and your agents create on your satellite is yours. We claim no rights over your content, your clients' content or your credentials, which live in an encrypted vault on your own server. We touch the contents of your satellite only to operate, support or secure the service, or when you ask us to. Our handling of personal information is described in the privacy policy.
7. Acceptable use
Do not use a satellite to break the law, to infringe others' rights, to send spam, to attack other systems, or to attempt to breach infrastructure that is not yours, and do not resell raw access to the underlying server itself. We may suspend or terminate accounts for abuse, with notice except where the abuse is actively harming others.
8. Our property
The virtual24 platform, software, design and name remain ours. Your subscription is a right to use them while your account is in good standing, not a transfer of them.
9. AI results
The service provides AI agents, and AI-generated output can be incorrect, incomplete, or unsuitable for your purpose. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them or distributing them, and virtual24 is not liable for decisions made on the basis of AI-generated content or for losses arising from it. Nothing the service produces is professional advice - legal, financial, medical or otherwise; for that, talk to a qualified professional.
In plain words: the agents work fast and well, but they are not infallible and they are not your lawyer. Read before you send.

10. No warranty, no SLA
The service is provided as is. We do not currently offer an uptime guarantee or service level agreement, and we say so plainly rather than implying one. We work to keep satellites healthy and we fix problems fast, but AI output requires your judgment, and you remain responsible for what you and your agents send into the world.
In plain words: we do our best, we promise honesty, and we do not promise perfection.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, virtual24 is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim arising out of the service is capped at the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12. Ending things
You can cancel any satellite or your whole account by telling us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; paid periods already invoiced are not refunded pro rata unless we agree otherwise. We can terminate for non-payment or abuse as described above. On termination we will, on request and within a reasonable window, help you export your data before the server is wiped. 13. Changes and governing law
If these terms change materially we will notify account holders by email at least 30 days before the change takes effect. These terms are governed by the laws of Canada, without prejudice to any protections that mandatorily apply where you live.
