Services
The satellite arrives ready to work. These are for when you want it built around you - by the people who built it.
Every engagement runs on your own satellite: the $249 or $399 a month subscription is the foundation, and these build on it.
Launch
$1,499 one-timeYour satellite, set up white-glove.
We provision the satellite, connect your AI, configure your workspaces and your brand, and tune the first agents around how your business actually runs. You arrive to a team already at work, not a blank cockpit.
- Satellite provisioned and named
- Your AI subscription or API key connected
- Workspaces and brand configured
- First agents tuned to your business
Custom agents
from $749 per agentAgents built to your exact workflow.
When a workflow is yours alone, we build the agent for it: your SOPs as its instructions, your tools in its hands, your voice in its drafts, tested in your cockpit. It joins the roster like it was always there.
- Your SOPs, encoded as the agent's instructions
- Your tools, chosen and connected
- Your voice, in everything it drafts
- Tested in your cockpit before handover
Workflows
from $999 per projectAutomations designed and wired end to end.
Multi-step workflows and automations across your tools: the predictable steps handled by code, the judgment calls handled by agents, the whole route designed, wired and documented end to end.
- The workflow mapped as it actually runs
- Deterministic steps wired as automation
- Agents placed where judgment is needed
Managed
from $1,499 a monthWe run the team for you.
Your satellite, our hands on it: we direct the agents, watch the output, refine what needs refining, and hand you finished deliverables. You stay in control of the decisions; we carry the operation.
- The team directed and monitored
- Agents refined as your business moves
- Deliverables reviewed and handed over
The architect behind it
virtual24 is designed and built by Tracy E. Garrick, AI Operations Architect. Her practice begins from a blunt observation: most AI implementations fail, not because the technology is not ready, but because nobody designed where it goes. AI is not a feature you add. It is a layer of your operations, and it deserves the same rigour as any system your business depends on.
That thinking is layered architecture: data and documents structured so AI can use them, predictable steps handled by code rather than reasoning, agents scoped to what AI is genuinely good at, and an interface that keeps humans in control of the decisions that matter. Every satellite ships with that architecture already in place; these services apply the same discipline to the parts that are uniquely yours.
She comes to this work from two decades of project and program leadership and holds a PMP certification. The principles are simple: understand before designing, design for reality rather than demos, keep the deterministic parts deterministic, and build to leave.
