1. Who we are

virtual24 provides dedicated AI operations servers ("satellites") to businesses. This policy covers this website (virtual24.ai) and the personal information we handle when you request access to the product. We comply with applicable privacy law in the regions we serve, including PIPEDA (Canada), the GDPR (EU), and applicable US state privacy laws, and this policy is written to those standards.

In plain words: this page tells you exactly what we collect about you here, why, and what your rights are.

2. What we collect

The request-access form. If you ask for access, we collect the name, email address and company name you type in. That submission is forwarded to our review queue, where a person reads it.

Server logs. Like virtually every website, our hosting infrastructure keeps standard technical logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps) for security and operations.

Nothing else. This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and embeds no third-party trackers. There is no advertising pixel, no fingerprinting, no session recording. We consider that a feature.

In plain words: we only know what you tell us in the form, plus the routine logs every web server keeps.

3. Why we collect it, and on what legal basis

We use the form data to review your request, to contact you about it, to send an invoice if your request is accepted, and to activate your account. Under the GDPR, our legal bases are your consent (you choose to submit the form) and our legitimate interest in responding to a request you made and operating a secure service (server logs). We do not use your information for marketing lists, profiling or automated decision-making.

4. Payments

This website never collects payment details. There is no checkout, no card form, no payment processor on this site. If your access request is accepted, invoicing happens directly between virtual24 and you, and you pay the invoice through ordinary banking channels. No card data touches this site.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent personal information, ever. The only parties that touch it are the service providers that run this site's plumbing: our hosting platform (Vercel) serves the site and processes form submissions in transit, and our email infrastructure delivers your request to us. Each acts on our instructions as a processor. We may also disclose information if the law genuinely requires it.

6. International transfers

This site is served from Vercel's global edge network, and your information may be processed in the regions where we and our service providers operate, including the United States and the European Union. Where personal information crosses borders, we rely on recognized adequacy frameworks and our processors' standard contractual safeguards. Wherever it sits, the same protections in this policy apply.

7. How long we keep it

Access requests are kept while we evaluate them and, if you become a customer, for the life of the relationship plus the period bookkeeping law requires for invoicing records. If your request is declined or goes quiet, we delete it within 12 months. Server logs rotate on our providers' standard short schedules.

8. Your rights

Wherever you are, you can ask us to: access the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, hand it over in a portable machine-readable format (portability), restrict or object to our processing, or withdraw consent at any time. Email support@virtual24.ai and we will respond within 30 days. You may also complain to the supervisory authority where you live: in the EU, your national data protection authority; elsewhere, the privacy regulator for your region.

In plain words: one email and we will show you, fix or delete what we have. No forms, no friction.

9. Security

The site is served exclusively over HTTPS, form submissions are encrypted in transit, and access to the review queue is limited to the people who evaluate requests. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach ever affects your personal information, we will notify you as applicable law requires.

10. Children

This site is a business product aimed at adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16, and we will delete it if we learn we have.

11. Changes

If this policy changes, we update this page and the date at the top. If a change is material to something you already submitted, we will tell you by email.
