Refund policy

1. What this page is

This page restates, in one place, the refund and cancellation clauses of the terms of service. It introduces nothing new; if anything here ever differs from the terms, the terms govern.

2. Subscriptions

You can cancel any satellite, or your whole account, at any time by telling us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; your satellite keeps running until then. Paid periods already invoiced are not refunded pro rata unless we agree otherwise.

In plain words: cancel whenever you like, finish the month you paid for, and no new invoices arrive.

3. One-time work

One-time fees, such as the Launch setup fee and custom agent or workflow project fees, are non-refundable once the work has been delivered. Before delivery, talk to us; we would rather fix a misunderstanding than keep an invoice.
